What to Do if Your Bid has been Successful

You will be notified by post or email, and full payment must be made within 5 days of the auction. Once cleared funds being received, the DVLA will send you a Certificate of Entitlement (V750). This will enable you to assign the registration number to a vehicle. If you buy more than one registration, Certificates of Entitlement will not be issued until payment has been received in full for all registrations. Internet Banking You can transfer funds online direct from your account into the BCA Limited account (details at left). In order that we can allocate your payment, you must give the lot number and registration number as a reference. Bank Giro Credit You can deposit cash directly into our account (details at left), but you MUST produce a photocopy of your paying in slip with the lot number(s) and registration number(s) on the reverse, otherwise we will not be able to check receipt of your funds. Cheque Make cheques payable to "BCA Limited" and post them to us. Please write the registration number(s), lot number(s) and your bidder number on the reverse of the cheque. Please note that for clearance purposes cheque payments from foreign bank accounts are not acceptable. We allow 10 working days for cheques to clear so you will not receive documentation for up to 20 working days.
